Store Manager

Job role: Management

  • Planning, organizing, coordinating, managing, controlling and evaluating both store and team’s activities
  • Managing the activity and the financial results of the store
  • Assuring the quality of the sales related services, mainly employees’ behavior in the selling process
  • Controlling the stock’s integrity: fixed means and inventory items within the store and the stockroom
  • Adopting and implementing the work procedures and standards specific to all the departments he / she directly collaborates with (HR, Finance, IT & Stock Control, Marketing & Visual)

Store Assistant

Job role: Management

  • The position assists the Store Manager in planning, organizing, coordinating, managing, controlling and evaluating the store’s activity and personnel
  • Supporting the activity and the achievement of the financial results of the store
  • Assuring the quality of sales related services, mainly employees’ behavior in the selling process
  • Reporting to the direct superior any irregularity noticed within the store (regarding either the stocks inside the store or in the stockroom or operational issues – non-functional of all nature, personnel issues)
  • Adopting and implementing the work procedures and standards specific to all the departments he / she directly collaborates with (HR, Finance, IT & Stock Control, Marketing & Visual)

Cashier

Job role: Other

  • Main responsibility: products’ encashment
  • Cashing in the value of the products customers buy and issuing the receipt / bill, depending on the case
  • Checking the cash register and internal financial status every day before and after work hours, for a correct evidence of cash in’s and payments
  • Keeping record of the documents at the pay-desk, archiving these according to internal procedures and sending them to the Head Quarter at a certain period of time
  • Checking the selling price of the product a customer is about to buy and, in case of discrepancy, informing the direct superior
  • Selling products displayed in store in order to achieve and exceed the budgets

Store Advisor

Job role: Other

  • Offering customers a high level of service, both from quantitative (volume) and qualitative (customer service) point of view
  • Selling displayed products in order to achieve and exceed budgets
  • Implementing activities according to the daily planning assigned by the direct manager and keeping work space clean
  • Displaying the merchandise according to internal standards
  • Offering product information to customers and assisting the shopping process, using a professional language, oriented to exemplary serving the customer
  • Alarming and labelling the product before displaying it on the shelf, as per brand’s demands

Brand Manager

Job role: Management

  • A leader that guides the entire team in the required direction of the brand and the company
  • Ensuring that the products and stores that fall under his / her domain resonate with current and potential customer
  • Monitoring marketing trends and keeping a close eye on competition
  • Managing and developing P&L (profit & loss) and driving market growth
  • Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters and sales estimates

Area Sales Manager

Job role: Sales

  • Managing regional sales plan in line with business objectives and supporting store managers with day-to-day store operations
  • Maintaining and increasing products’ sales
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for his/her area
  • Developing sales strategies and setting targets
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research

Visual Merchandiser

Job role: Other

  • Developing and delivering visual concepts, implementing VM guidelines in order to ensure the brand’s identity in both window and in-store
  • Window dressing and mannequin styling
  • Supporting store operations, customer service and training
  • Producing window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and special promotions displays
